Shipping & Returns

Because the products we sell are almost exclusively custom printed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted (based on approved proof,) or the garment is defective e.g. missing button, etc. We cannot accept returns based on size.  If you have any questions about garment fit, please contact us for sizing or a sample garment.

In some cases, we may be able to exchange an item based on size if we have the item available in-stock, please contact us at: ted@rocketpromo.com or contact us by phone at: 503.652.0148.

If your return meets the above criteria for return/exchange or you are simply not happy with your job please contact us within 5 days to discuss your concern.

ALL orders are available for pick-up at the La Salle High School product kiosk located inside the Main Office.  Please contact us directly for additional shipping options.
